Shipping

When will I receive my order?
Depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout shipping times may vary, however, we usually process/ship orders within 2-5 business days.

Can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped you’ll automatically receive an email with your tracking information. Please refer to that email to track the shipping progress of your order.
Returns

Do you offer returns on orders?
We accept returns up to 60 days after the delivery date . There is no service charge. Please note that original shipping fees, duty paid or any other associated costs are non-refundable, and return postage/costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is caused by an error on our part such as (receiving a damaged product, received wrong size, color, or product, etc).
Please be advised that the product must be in new or undamaged condition without stain, perfume smell or deforming and in their original packaging. Returned products will be inspected and any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Our Intimate items such as our full body shape wear are not eligible for return policy. -
How do I start a return?

Do you offer exchanges?
We offer exchanges for all items except items exempt from our return policy. Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund of any kind. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Do you offer international shipping?
Update: International Shipping won't be available until further notice. We apologize for this inconvenience.
We offer international shipping to a total of 119 countries located in Africa, Europe, and North America. International shipping fees may vary depending on the country were shipping to. To calculate your shipping rate, please refer to the checkout page. -
Do I have to pay Customs/Duty fees?
Please be aware that all shipping outside of the United States may be subject to International Customs Fee’s at the Receivers Expense. ALL CUSTOMERS AGREE TO PAY IN FULL FOR ALL ITEMS BEFORE SHIPMENT IS RECEIVED.

How do I make sure I order the right size?
We provide a sizing chart with specific sizing measurements for each product. We recommend using a measuring tape to take your body measurements then following the size guide.

Do you offer Plus Sizes?
All of our items offer plus sizes up to 6XL.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Unfortunately, because we process and ship orders at rapid rates, once an order is placed we won’t be able to make changes to your order. If you aren’t happy with your order, you can always opt for an exchange or refund if the item is applicable.
